Help Stop TPLF (Ethiopian Govenment Agents) from spying and intimidating American and Canadian citiz
The government of Ethiopia spies on Ethiopians who live in the west. This is intimidating for Ethiopians who live here. It is also a great blunder that a country which cannot feed its own people and depend on Western aid heavily spends so much money on spying,
I want Western governments to ask the Ethiopian government to stop harassing their citizens and also to monitor that their aid money is spent where it is supposed to be spent and not on spying and harassing people.
We the undersigned who are citizens of the United States of America and of Canada and are of Ethiopian decent kindly urge our respective governments to strongly protest the actions of the government of Ethiopian who is currently engaged in spying members of our community.
We believe that the Ethiopian Government is better advised to spend their resources in the eradication of hunger that has plagued that country for so many years now.
The Ethiopian security agents usually go around the residences of Ethiopians and park their cars or just stand in noticeable distance and watch in hopes of harassing and intimidating their subjects. In most cases the agents are limited to the subjects residence but in some cases they also follow a subject to his/her work place.
We find this action very annoying at best and threatening at the worst.
We want our respective governments to take action immediately.
