ICC/United Nation in reference to the reason why suspects did not comply with subpoenas from

suspects who are using DIRECTED ENERGY AND NEUROLOGICAL WEAPONS, SURVEILLANCE. For

(15) Did defendants use: satellites; the French reported up to 16 to 30 USA satellites, but later
described as something "unknown" used to cover up this DIRECTED ENERGY AND NEUROLOGICAL

(16)did defendants abuse by: firing the eight assistants to the Attorney General in an effort to
cover up crimes. for evidence, we request subpoenas for the eight Assistants to the Attorney General.
(17) Did defendants abuse power by: making a color coded alert system that failed to warn civilian
citizens in various locations of the use of DIRECTED ENERGY AND NEUROLOGICAL WEAPONS

(18) Defendants failed to acknowledge our right to "Due Process" under the 14th Amendment.
Whereas, every citizen has a right to file a criminal complaint and have criminals arrested in accordance

(19)Defendants also abuse power by influencing the commission for public complaints against Canada police with fear and trying to discredit plaintiffs so they would not help ban these weapons and help investigate crimes. refer to complaint number 5430-2008-2245
Request For Relief:

(2) To summons a special Grand Jury allowing victims complaints and violations to be heard.

who are using DIRECTED ENERGY AND NEUROLOGICAL WEAPONS SURVEILLANCE V2K/V2S, etc., on above
named Plaintiffs
(5) To arrest suspects who are witnesses in the above cases, who are aware of those suspects
using DIRECTED ENERGY AND NEUROLOGICAL WEAPONS SURVEILLANCE on plaintiffs who are also
those who have committed crimes (in complaints above) using the DOJ and the Attorney General
and the assistants to the Attorney General to cover up these horrendous crimes.
