Green cars today are really not green at all. There is no way to ever dispose of the batteries in these cars. They will just pile up on the horizon. This petitioner sounds like he has a viable solution. Congress has a duty and responsibility to at least LOOK at this.

Your damn right...I will sign my own petition! For everybody, I have sent a grant app. to the KY Energy Commercialization Program and my only competitors are the coal miners who want to change coal to fuel. That's impossible without huge amounts of pollution. It just makes more sense to use the fuels more efficiently, and that's what I have done! Help me and thanks for you signatures.
