Help Toughen Our Youth LAWS!!

There really is no curfew for teens here.
Teens can drink, do drugs, skip school (they have no fear doing so) up until they can legally be out of school at 18!
Our teens are rebelling now like they never have before, lying, dooing drugs, drinking, violent, mouthy, disrespectful, having sexual encounters and ruining their lives at a young age.
They are learning to "run away" from home if you don't like the rules.
A teen can "choose" to not live at home as early as age 14,,did you know that???
What is this telling parents? To hope for the best until our children reach their teens and they choose or to fight for better laws to help parents to raise their children with the law behind them????
If there at least was a decent curfew time to get our teens off the streets like some other Cities have done(and it works for them) by reducing the teens with nothing better to do then find trouble walking the streets out of boredom. They have too much freedom at too young an age.
Also, help train our police depts and school bodies to be more strict on teens to thwart them from disobeying and providing real consequences to their mal actions!
The laws as they are clearly DO NOT WORK!!!!!
Why are there more "Religious" places then ever and so much more violence and injustice in the world??

We the undersigned realize and have lived with the lack of youth laws and lack of authority presence to help us do our jobs successfully as parents.
How can we parent when our Teens have too much freedom at such early ages as 13?
The police will merely blame our justice system and do not want to get involved, they will only tell you to talk to your Teen and have a line of communication open for them!!
How do you do this when your Teen maybe running away from his/her responsibilities at home and decides to live with for instance an (enabling family) that will let them have no curfews, do drugs, smoke, skip school whatever their hearts seem content in trying?
We no longer have the necessary tools backing our decisions as caring parents. Our teens know how to fight the system and win hands down.
Only thing is that we parents KNOW our teens cannot handle the outside world, they cannot handle that real life yet but who is out there backing parents up to be able to enforce the lack of rules/laws?
