Help Get Keith Bradley a New Trial

Keith Bradley was convicted of murder in January 2008. He is innocent. There were four DNA profiles found on the victim's body. None of these matched Keith's DNA. There were also fingerprints found. Again, none of these matched Keith's fingerprints; however, Charleston County Sheriff's Office neglected to compare Keith's prints to those found while investigating him. They had used those prints to clear nine other suspects, but when questioned in court why Keith's had not been compared, the response was "we never received major case prints on him." His fingerprints had been taken when he was arrested in 2006 for this four-year-old murder. Keith had two co-defendants who testified against him, but both of their stories were different from each other's. There was an anonymous tip called in about a jury member who knew the victim's sister, but when asked about it, the jury member said he did not. No furhter investigation into that matter was ever performed. Keith was found guilty of murder and is serving a life sentence. His co-defendant who was also originally charged with murder was given a deal and is serving accessory to a felony. He will be eligible for release the first part of 2010 (he was sentenced in 2008).
Keith deserves a new trial. He deserves to have his conviction overturned. Please sign this petition and help bring justice to Keith and the vicitm of this murder.
