Snaps was kicked so as to make mean and then enticed (by the same kicking kids) to attack 2 women.  Snaps is now in quarantine and scheduled to be euthanized some time next week.  The kids certainly need some extra stiff punishment, but Snaps does not deserve to die.  Snaps was abused - even the woman attacked say it wasn't the dog's doing - it was the kids.
