I can't lose my husband and my kids their father over deportation

Target:
Stop deporting and separating families
Sponsored by:

My focus is to have everyone out there stand up and fight this law that saparates families. My husband finished his time in prison and now is in the custody of ICE (immigration) to decide if they will deport him. He is not illigal he came in this country legally on political asylum as a refugee with his family in 1988, from what was then a communist country (Romania). It was very hard to find a way to escape the harsh times then. No one was allowed to leave and if you did wanted to escape you had to go through a lot of humiliation and beatings from the authorities, and if you got your papers to leave the county your priorities were taken away, even to be a citizen of the country which you were born in. My husbund came here with his family to find a better place to live and have freedom, and freedom of speach and mostly everything. Now he did make a mistake couple of years ago that he wishes he hasn't done and if he could turn back time he would change everything, but it is late and he has paid for his wrong doing with 51 months in prison (fraud), from february 2006 till what should have been October 25, 2009. But he is still in custody with an INS hold. He has his greencard and all papers legal, and a wife with 2 kids. He and I been married for 16 years, a good marriage and a good husband. We have a doughter 15 and a half and a son 5 and a half, born here in USA. I am a US citizen and I love this country and my husband and I wish that the goverment will not deport him and anyone that has family and kids. It is hard as it is just to be away from him now as it will be even harder if he will be deported and not be able to see us and especially his kids grow up and be with them. I ask everyone out-there that reads this to please support me and others and stop this awful bad law. I beg you I am desperate that I will lose my husband and my kids their husband and that I will lose everythig I have. Thank you for everyones support and for signing my petition (HELP stop the deportation of my husband and the father of my 2 kids). God be with you.

If this wasn't a crime of terrorism then he SHOULD NOT be deported!!! Families are to important to be torn apart. Children need their fathers and mothers need the help and support of their husbands in raising their children. don't do these children anymore of an injustice! They've already missed out on enough of their father in their lives. He's paid his debt to society so let him LIVE FREE WITH HIS FAMILY IN PEACE!!!
