I need tummy and thigh tuck because of weight loss and frequent yeast infections under loose skin.

I have lost am excessive amount of weight as a result of persoal loss of 130 pounds until I became ill and was put on steroids for damage done by drug addicts and a train derailment that created an anhydrous ammonia spill and cloud over our city.  I kept the 130 pounds off, but could not lose more weight and keep it off...every time I was put on steroids I gained the 20 to 30 pounds I had lost and ended up back at the beginning of almost 400 pounds. I had to have a gallbladder removed because of disease, not stones, and the surgeon did a gastric by-pass at that time.  I have lost 190 more pounds since then and now have major problems with infections under the loose skin at the rate of one a month.

My surgeon and the hospital have approved the surgery, but the insurances want the surgeon to submit reports from his past surgeries of tummy tucks before they will approve this surgery for me.

Please help me to get these insurances to expedite this approval for me so that I can get these infections done and over with.

We the undersigned, ask you to please expedite the approval for the tummy tuck for Marilyn Nelson after her weight loss from being over 500 pounds. 

Marilyn needs the tummy anf thigh tucks because she is experiencing frequent and severe infections under the loose skin.  The sooner this surgery is done, the sooner these insurances can be rid of medical expenses for appointments for the infections and the cost of the medications for the infections.
