ALL GOVERNMENTS SHOULD BE OPEN TO PUBLIC SCRUTINY AND FULL TRANSPARENCY FOR THE VOTERS,THEY SHOULD ALSO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THERE ACTIONS AND THAT THE POWER BE RETURNED TO THE PEOPLE AND TAKEN FROM OVER PROFITTING POLITICIANS,WHO ARE THERE TO CREATE WEALTH,NOT TO GOVERN FOR THE PEOPLE.

This legislation would go a long way toward the vision of Abe Lincoln as he stated in the Gettysburg address, "A government by, of and for the people". Illinois has current corruption of national magnitude. Let's Do Something About It!
