IUPUI as a Smoke Free campus
IUPUI has a tabacco free policy which in turn does absolutly nothing to prevent smoking on campus. The current policy states, %u201CEnforcement of this policy will depend upon the cooperation of all faculty, staff, and students not only to comply with this policy, but also to encourage others to comply with the policy, in order to promote a healthy environment in which to work, study, and live. Let's make a difference on campus by asking the administration to start ticketing users who violate the policy. Ticketing users will drastically reduce the number of smokers who choose to smoke on campus. Not only will this benefit the overall health of the campus, but it will also generate money to use for other campus activities such as expanding parking!
