Joe de Melo Union Representative Transfer

We the undersigned, created this petition to keep our existing Union representative, Joe de Melo.  Joe de Melo has provided the Omni employees with exceptional service.  He can communicate clearly with the workers.  Omni workers need a representative who can speak and understand both Portuguese and Spanish, considering majority workers do not speak English. Changing the union representative to someone who cannot communicate clearly with the employees will not benefit anyone involved.  We want to keep Joe De Melo as our union represative.  He is the best fit for the position and has represented us with well in past and we would like it to continue this way.
