On July. 1st, 2011 a new law will take place in Georgia that will allow the police "by law" to act not as Peace Officers; but as Racial Profilist. On this day, July 1st, 2011, I have been left with no choice but to revoke my license as a Motor Vehicle Operator in the district of Columbia (UNITED STATES) because our rights as mentioned in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights have shown to continuously act in violation over and over again. On this day, I will not operate a vehicle supported by oil greed from this day forth, and at my earliest convenience I will take the necessary actions to return my license to the necessary parties that comply with licensing, insurance and such. I will make the necessary adjustments needed now (making carpool arrangements which eliminates traveling alone; rather in group, walking/purchasing bike's or skates) that will prepare me to this day of action. I sign this as a vow to myself and for the pride of my people as Indigenous/Indigena People of Dignity and tribal respect.

Motor Vehicle Operator

I. DEFINITIONS

  1. Commercial Purpose: The use of a public record for the purpose of:
    1. sale or resale or for the purpose of producing a document containing all or part of the copy, printout or photograph for sale
    2. The carriage of persons or property for any fare, fee, rate, charge or other consideration, or directly or indirectly in connection with any business, or other undertaking intended for profit. USC 18
  2. Person: Includes corporations, associations, societies, organizations and individuals.
Continuously, we have been victims of racial profiling, police force excessiveness and intolerance by the police done to young female teens to our un-fortunate elders. This new law will not only arouse the hatred in the officers who continue to abuse theirs powers against the civil crowd but also, ignite those residents here in Georgia who have taken action amongst themselves to 'terrorize' the races in question of this immigration law.  We have come to this conclusion that peace is no longer an option and rejection need now to come forth.  I will not continue to support the oil wealth or the pollution cause to the air by operating a vehicle. I sign this as a vow to myself and my people as Indigenous/Indigena Migrants allowed to travel for leisure as natural persons and not as commercial purposes motor vehicle drivers.
