Just administrative action (Section 33(1) of 108 of 1996)

I am the founder of the Justice & Equality Movement / Mouvement de Justice & D'Egalite, a social advocacy and human rights group dedicated to the eradication of corruption, state sponsored aggression and the advancement of human rights. We are faced with unprecedented state sanctioned administrative action that is becoming increasingly arbitrary, capricious and largely motvated by mala fide in furtherance of ulterior objectives and a means of stifling dissent by especially minorities and other opposed to state sponsored corruption and other acts of criminality. With the founding of AmicusSA, an independent trade union, the South African authorities were faced with a dilemma an sought to destroy the indpendent trade union movement. We wish to challenge this arbitrary and capricious act and appeal to you to sign the petition.
