Get These Deadly Dog Treats Off of Shelves!!

I gave a treat by this brand called a Dingo Dynostix to my Pomeranian Puppy. A few hours after chewing on it, he began to throw up. We thought he just had a belly ache, and after he threw up all of his food, I tried giving him water, and he threw that up too. So I took up his food and water bowl and gave him ice chips that night, hoping he would be better in the morning. That morning, he was no better, he couldn't even stand up and was severely dehydrated.  I rushed him to the emergency veterinarian where they tested him for the Parvo virus, and he was negative. He was given IVs to rehydrate him, which he responded somewhat when his gums turned pinkish again. However, a couple of hours later he went downhill and his bloodwork showed that his white blood cell count was low and his liver kidneys and pancreas were shutting down. He went in to cardiac arrest and they gave him CPR to revive him. His heart rate came back but he had already lost brain function.  He also began to vomit blood.  The vet said that he had toxins running through his blood stream, and that he had become septic.  He was crying out and didn't realize he was doing it due to the brain damage, and his legs had gone stiff.  We had to make the hardest decision to end his suffering and put him to sleep.  The vet asked us if we had changed anything or given him anything new.  The only thing he had that day was a bowl of his normal dog food and that Dingo Dynostix, and I am for certain it was the bone that killed my baby.  Today, I took his bloodwork results to our local Vet, and she consulted with someone from Purdue.  His results looked similar to the cases with dogs that had salmonella.  After doing my own research, I found that there was a recall in 2007 with Dingo dog treats that were contaminated with Salmonella, and just recently there was another recall with a different treat, same brand.  The treat I gave my baby has not been recalled yet, but now I believe this company needs to either better test their treats, or keep them off of the shelves. There have been other incidences just like mine where dogs have died from these treats. Something needs to be done.
