On October 1st 2007 at 6:00 hours, a small dog without owner, who spent the night in the Station Virreyes of the Subway E Line, Metrovias company, apparently bit a ticket seller, so she gave warning to the company. Two people of the personnel of Fast Prevention, did not have better idea than to immobilize the dog by the legs, soon to place a rope around the neck of the animal and to hang it. They said "we are not going to stop until killing it", and asi they have done it. These people, if she can call to it them asi, have committed a crime, which is included in Inc. Art. 3. 7 of the Law of Protection to the Animal, and have violated the Universal Declaration of the Rights of the Animal, in their articles 2, 3 11, 14 Inc. b and 13 Inc. cs. The authors of this aberrant fact, are still working in the company, thus we requested to the Metrovías company that informs the names into those who have killed a complete defenseless dog, who had not the possibility of saving or of defending, that they are dismissed of immediate way. We demanded that justice becomes, that the authors of this criminal fact are condemned according to which she establishes Law 14.346. That the murderers are condemned as corresponds, yet the weight of the law.
El día 1 de octubre de 2007 a las 6:00 horas, un perrito sin dueño, que pernoctaba en la Estación Plaza de los Virreyes de la Línea E de Subterraneos, empresa Metrovias, aparentemente mordió a una boletera, ante lo cual dio aviso a la empresa.
Dos personas del personal de Prevención Rápida, no tuvieron mejor idea que inmovilizar al perro por las patas, para luego colocar una soga alrededor del cuello del animal y ahorcarlo. Dijeron "No vamos a parar hasta matarlo", y asi lo han hecho. Estas personas, si puede llamarseles asi, han cometido un delito, claramente tipificado en el Art. 3 inc. 7 de la Ley de Proteccion al Animal, y han violado la Declaración Universal de los Derechos del Animal, en sus artículos 2, 3 11, 14 inc. b y 13 inc c.
Los autores de este aberrante hecho, continuan trabajando en la empresa, por lo cual pedimos a la empresa Metrovías que informe los nombres de quienes han asesinado de esta forma cruel y morbosa a un ser completamente indefenso, que en ningun momento ha tenido la posibilidad de escapar o defenderse, que sean despedidos de manera inmediata.
Exigimos que se haga justicia, que los autores de este hecho criminal sean condenados de acuerdo a lo que establece la Ley 14.346.
Que los biocidas sean condenados como corresponde, con todo el peso de la ley.
