Keep Amtrak service in America

The national intercitypassenger rail system is critical to trade and tourism in America. Please ask your senators and representatives to keep the full budget request for Amtrak.

The northern tier of our great nation is depending upon Amtrak service for affordable travel for medical reasons, for visiting friends and family, and for business travel needs.

Please petition to keep this transportation for our rural communities that have no other form of travel. Amtrak is a vital link in our national transportation system...let' not let it fail this vital link.

We the undersigned ask that you consider full funding for Amtrak now and in the future.

Amtrak is an essential link in our transportation system. Not only is it an important transportation option in rural communities, but it is also critical to our national transportation network. This national intercity passenger rail system is critical to trade and tourism in our nation.

We subsidize all forms of transportation in this country, and Amtrak does not deserve anything less than getting full funding to keep and expand the vital service for our citizens who have no other form of travel in their communities.

I would like to see passenger rail service to come through the southern tiers of New York to pick up passenger From Rochester through Hornell, Corning Binghamton and through New York City. I beleve there would be great deal of buisness of tourst that would like to come through this way both in and out bound of this part of the country. With the price of airline ticket I beleave more american like our area would take rail on vacation the the plain. I don't think it would a big lost to give a try. Thank you for your time
