The Front Page Campaign

My aim is to get age restrictions on all pornographic material. I also believe there should be laws keeping such items out of reach and out of sight from children.

There are currently no laws on where pornographic magazines can be displayed and no age restrictions on such lads mags as 'nuts' and 'zoo'. I believe we all deserve the freedom to choose whether we view pornographic images and we deserve the right to protect our children from viewing and purchasing such material. There are currently thousands of newsagents and shops selling explicit and even hardcore magazines, dvds and images. These items are often in plain view and reach of children. We have age restrictions tobacco, alcohol and some dvds, yet pornography is often ignored. However its effects on children and young adults can be devastating.
Pornographic material is so easy to obtain off the internet, mobile phones and in sex shops, why does it have to be plastered all around public places giving a large majority of people and children no choice but to be subjected to unwanted images?
