Keep JUVENILE offenders records sealed and off of IDAHO REPOSITORY!

Idaho law doesn't prevent your minors juvenile record from being seen by the public---IT STARTS SHOWING EVERYTHING AT AGE 14.

Minors can't buy cigarettes, alcohol or spray paint, but, if they offend in the state of Idaho, their record is put out there for everyone to see.
MINORS ARE TO BE PROTECTED NOT EXPLOITED!

Lets take this to the top and stop this!!!

A juveniles record should NEVER be public. Ever!    Protect a child, don't exploit!

I want to protect the rights of juvenile offenders, they are children. It shouldn't be public record under the age of 18.

This petition is to take action against Idaho putting these records out there to see. Colleges and potential employers and slanderous people use these records against the juvenile. That isn't and won't ever be right.
