Keep Palm Bay free of flies and maggots!

Im trying to get where Palm Bay needs to pick garbage up twice a week.Ever since they have picked up once a week we have been cover with flies and maggots.And I mean big flies when a fly lands on your food or body where ever it lays eggs then there for your eating the egg.My kids have been sick the smell of week old garbage that has maggots on it is just gross.We should be call Palm Bay the  flie  city where suppose to keep Palm Bay beautiful but i can't even open my doors with out a flie flying in.So please sign so I can go in front of city hall and fight.
