Kinnelon residents who have poor wells are asked to sign a petition to urge the community to finally provide water relief to areas affected.  This includes Ricker Road, Sheeprock Road, and portions of Smoke Rise.  People in these areas seldom have enough water to support families without taking extraordinary and expensive measures to supply with drinking water.
