Councilman Kevin Butler basically came out and stated OTIS's owner was not the type person to that Lakewood wants living in their city! And it was the best choice to get the owner and OTIS out of Lakewood! This is totally unacceptable and nonprofessional coming for a city officials! Mr. Butler posted the OTIS's owners police record from years ago. I would call that government harassment! We don't need this type of person representing the people of Lakewood! Mr. Butler needs to resign!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
