Dapacu; a truly amazing Artist, Muralist, and Professional Photographer is the victim of an international mob who claims to have indomitability; and has stolen 1732 Original Paintings from the Artist Family, also this mobsters stolen the Artist  Homestead, full with murals and gorgeous gardens.
 
This International  mob has also kidnapped his new born son, Sebastian and also this mob, is responsible for the murder of the Artist Father at his 79 years old.

The theft occurred in Austin, Texas at 7005 Whispering Creek drive, Austin Texas 78736, while the Artist was in Mexico City.

A Police Detective named Andrew Westbrook from the Austin Police Department was having an affair with the crimina illegal alien; Samantha Jennifer Lowry, who claims to be part of the mob, with indomitability, and high influences.

The Artist tries to recover his son, his property, his home, his life,  his documents, his stolen property and Paintings but,

Andrew Westbrook has removed the Police charges Dapacu had filed, now, Andrew Westbrook is also been sued for conspiracy and aiding and abetting.

Andrew Westbrook continues to obstruct due process, currently with pending complaints in internal affairs and police monitor of the Austin Police Department against him.

The City of Austin, Legal Department is now involved
