Wolves are sacred animals and deserve our respect. As a sub species with the wolves we have dominated them out of fear and lack of knowledge. We owe them a fighting chance after we eliminated their ancestors and next generations to come. Wolves do not deliberately kill livestock, it’s just an over reaction on our part. When we know if we we’re in their shoes and it was starve you and your kids or do what nature has taught them; which is hunt and kill. After repeatedly putting the wolf’s species on the endangered list we need to show the gratitude that wolves have given us which are our pet dogs! Our only perception of wolves is impatience and frustration that we can’t control the way their see our possessions. The wolves were doing great till we came and decided that even though the wolves have offered our ancestors companionship, hunting skills, and protection. The government says this is humane but just because you put the word humane in front of other words doesn’t make it right; humanely euthanized doesn’t mean it’s right! We humans can’t take advantage of their great adaptation skills forever, I bet people back then regret destroying over a 1,000 species. There would be no such thing as “extinction” or “endangered species list” if it weren’t for us! Humans are incredibly selfish to eliminate wolves just so that we can hunt their natural prey. If the wolves go extinct are will be ashamed to be human, that my species got rid of my favorite animal!
