well see they should allow some fireworks grounds spinners, fountains, sparklers, tanks etc, in certain areas in Arizona. now in areas where there could be Forrest fires then they shouldn't sell in those areas now county law should be applied where they can decide what can be sold these fireworks would be great way to celebrate 4th of July , sports, new years i would also agree on a age limit for the sale of pyrotechnics
