If legally we have to wear seat belts and life jackets to save lifes. Why is it not mandatory to wear bike and motorcycle helmets to avoid fatal injuries to those in the community. Everyday someone loses loved ones due to fatal accidents caused by not wearing a helmet while bike or motorcycle riding. Please do the right thing and support this petition the lose of a loved one could happen to anyone.

Its legal we all wear seat belts in our motor veicles. Its also a big trend to have to wear life jackets on boats. So why is it not mandatory to wear a bycycle or motorcycle helmet to save lifes. the population of motorcycle and bycycles death accidents have rised since that law was no longer supported.A helmet is the only safety device we have for a bycycle and motorcycle. Helmets are known to save lifes just like seat belts and life jackets. Do you know a friend or loved one that rides a bycycle or motorcycle without a helmet, i did and i lost them because a helmet was not used. The accident was minor and he could of lived if he had a helmet died from head trauma.
