This Petition is Legalize Small Pet Primates in NJ. To be able to keep Small Primates such as Marmosets, Capuchins, Spider Monkeys, Tamarins that are small enough to be handled properly and live in a home enviroment as long as the owner is educated and has a permit to keep the animal.
Large Primates such as Gorillas, Chimps, Orangatans, baboons and other classified large primates should be kept Banned, as these primates can cause serious injury and even death.
