if you are an independent, unknown musician, you should sign this.
if you are a listener who recognizes and appreciates that great music, music that is worth listening to on the radio, comes from unknown, independent musicians, you should sign this.
 if you are tired of having your music chosen by the "label heads" who are only playing music of someone who knew somebody who knew somebody who had money, and that's the only reason they are playing the lousy music they play, you should sign this.

pandora invites unknown artists to submit thier music to pandora, stating

" we welcome independent artists from all backgrounds and levels of visibility, working in all styles, to submit their music or comedy for possible inclusion on Pandora."

 however....
when Missi Johnson's music was submitted to pandora, pandora rejected it, stating it was because Missi Johnson was an unknown artist, yet, pandora is playing music by other artists who are also unknown, even unknown artists by the last name of Johnson, so we believe that pandora should also play the professional recordings of Missi Johnson.

 for instance, Missi's professional recording of "Star"
"Star" is a re-make by Missi Johnson originally written and recorded by the 70's rock band Nazareth
