If you are not selling to WCR - you must be selling to the wrong folks. Chris & Alex have revolutionized the way window cleaning supplies are distributed. Forget mail order, forget fax machines. We are talking about the internet, video product demos, user forums, and great service. SORBO is doing themselves a great disservice by not extending into the ranks of WCR. There is a new generation of buyers amongst us, they are not the catalog order types. They do not choose a telephone and 1-800 # as their first means of ordering. They jump on the internet, and get business done!

Mr. Sorbo I, like you, are a follower of Christ and I think it is really not a good representation of your faith to not be open to even dialog with Chris and Alex as to your concerns with their forum or business. I only use Sorbo products but since I moved away from my sorbo supplier ( Nics VAx to Wax) I may have to change brands unless it's carried by someone online that I can trust.

Love your products but am disappointed that you wont sell through WCR. Window Cleaning Resource has been very helpful with my window cleaning concerns and is a very legitimate business and has one of the best websites for window cleaners worldwide. Please reconsider.

Mr. Sorbo Please dont let your Ego get in the way with business... You have yet another distributor willing to sell your product and as far as i can see, alot of your past customers are still willing to purchase from you thru WCR. A Business minded Personnel with the right head on his/her shoulders would agree that this would be another good source of income in your pocket... So take advantage of it Mr. Sorbo. I personally never used your products but when i held my friends Sorbo Squeegee, it felt as it fit in my hand... so please reconsider since i will only purchase thru WCR

I decided to start a window cleaning business last year. WCR has been BY FAR, the greatest help and support as I struggled with everything from the skill of cleaning windows, knowing about window cleaning tools, marketing, and other aspects of running my business. WCR members are top notch people, not only in there fields of expertise but in helpfulness and in character. I now purchase my tools and equipment exclusively from WCR because of their dedication to helping new-comers like myself and connecting others in the window cleaning industry. They have personally answered my questions about products that I have had and even put up a video showing me exactly what I need to know about a product. I hope you consider letting WCR carry your products as I would like to try them some time. Sincerely and Respectfully, David Pickens

It's a shame really because I've really grown to love the Sorbo channels but I could in no way ever order from anyone but WCR after all the help I've received from windowcleaningresource.com I'll switch the the super channel from now on.

I will not use any more sorbo products. And some day when WCR is a very large company and Sorbo wants them to sell their products I hope they tell what they can do with them.

How are you NOT going to sell to WCR? They always put ads on their forums and also have helpful product videos to show how the tools work. I would love to have that type of exposure!
