Congressman Steve King is heading a National Pro-Life Alliance and wants to gather 1 million signatures nationwide asking the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives to pass a law stating that the life of an unborn baby begins at conception.
In 1973 the U.S. Supreme Court said in Roe vs. Wade: "once Congress establishes the personhood of unborn children, they must be protected by the 14th amendment to the constitution which explicitly says: "nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty or property."
It has been clearly established by the medical community that life does begin at conception.
The U.S. Senate currently has 29 senators who have voted pro-family on every issue. The U.S. House currently has 125 congressmen who have voted pro-family on every issue.
As Citizens we need to let our senators know that we want them to vote in favor of a Life at Conception Act, and to do everything necessary to ultimate passage in the U.S. Congress.
The Citizen's Petition to Reverse Roe vs. Wade to U.S. House of
