In Lone Tree, Colorado at Park Meadows mall, a petstore called The Pedigree Shop is selling sick puppies that often die and lying to customers about the health of the puppy and where they come from.  To investigate, I became employed and caught a behind the scenes glipse of the neglect and cruelty of these animals.  I was disgusted when I came to work one day to find a dead dog stuffed in a box where we kept our snacks.  Without knowledge, I sold a puppy who became ill the same day and died three days later.  The public needs to know the truth about this store.  The owner lies to customers and offers a warrenty that is never activated.  I talked to local animal control and was told many investigations have been launched but no legal action could be taken.  With this petition, I want local news coverage on this store to prevent future victims that suffer the loss of their puppy.  I can gurantee previous customers coming forward for interviews and I can provide an inside look of what went on behind customers views.  Please help me warn the public of this store by spreading the word by local news coverage and investigating.

We the undersigned are asking local news stations to investigate and warn the public about this pet store and their animals.  Many puppies died from preventable illnesses but customers were guranteed they came from liscensed breeders when, in fact, they came from puppy mills.  By interviewing victims who lost their new puppies and former employees such as me, could spread the word about this terrible store but also prevent future customers suffering from the loss of their puppy.  Since no legal action has yet been taken, please help me and PETA target this store and expose its secrets.  Thank you so much for your time in reading this letter and your consideration.
