We, the undersigned to hereby request for Volusia County and its Cities the following:

Mission:
To provide a safe environment for the lost, abandoned, and homeless animals of Volusia  County FL and its Cities by placing the animals in good homes. We will strive to set a standard of excellence and leadership in animal care, humane education, and progressive animal welfare programs.
Vision:
1. To guarantee a good home to every healthy and behaviorally sound companion animal - dogs, cats, exotics, and birds.
2. To save the above animals that can be medically treated and behaviorally rehabilitated and do not pose a public health or safety risk.
3. To be a leader and to set an example for all animal rescue organizations, the State of  Florida, and the nation by proving that Volusia County can and will save lives.
