Make Arbonne's host rewards submission process 'Virtual Party' - friendly!

WHY WE NEED TO CHANGE THE WAY WE SUBMIT ARBONNE GROUP PRESENTATION ORDERS: We are asking for the option to let customers order online and STILL have their orders count toward a group presentation!  HERE'S WHY...

There are over 2,200 consultants sharing and following the "Virtually ENVPs" system (created by Heather Mitchell) for growing our Arbonne businesses through Facebook and social media - you can view our page at www.facebook.com/virtuallyenvps.   Many of us were thrilled to have a way to reach out across state and country lines to introduce new prospects to Arbonne through a clear system of samples going in the mail & online videos sharing the Arbonne story.  It is truly a way to prospect globally!  I personally am able to continue to build my Arbonne business 'full steam ahead' from abroad in Tanzania, East Africa, thanks to the Virtually ENVPs system.  I am able to both fulfill one of my 'whys' (being able to give back to the world: see www.letsbuildaschool.wordpress.com) AND continue to work my business and set an example for my team thanks to this outreach method that knows no physical boundaries.  It is truly amazing.

  • One of the best things about this system is being able offer 'virtual parties' to our guests and prospects. 
  • Our host compiles their guest list, and we invite their friends to try a free sample of Arbonne products (which we mail to them) and then ask them to kindly post what they loved about their samples on the 'wall' of our business page. 
  • We follow up with everyone participating, and help them place their orders and get registered.

Here's where we run into a major challenge.  In order to submit host rewards for our virtual host, it's required that we manually take all of the orders counting toward the 'party' and submit them online ourselves, rather than empowering and encouraging our new customers (the party guests) to order online on their own, with our assistance.  When I last spoke with Field Support, I was told that the reasoning behind the new rewards submission program was that the consultant would take down every guest's order on paper, in person and then simply go home and enter all the orders into the computer. 

This may be how we have done things for years, but the times they are a-changin'! 

For 6 months now, I have grown my business without ever being in the same room as one of my new clients.
  We have hosts who are excited at being able to invite their best friend in California, their mother in Chicago and their sisters who live in Colorado to participate in their virtual party!  The way the current process is, it makes our jobs as consultants more difficult, instead of easier.  It would be wonderful to be able to input the order numbers (within the same 7 day time frame) instead of having to create each order within the group presentation order.  Isn't it our goal in going global that we empower our consumers to shop online, instead of having to rely on giving their payment information and sometimes social security number over the phone to their consultant?  We are looking for a solution that is more convenient for our new clients and more accomodating to us consultants.
