This is just a random petition I'm starting. As you know Mark McLeod has been stalking Miley Cyrus and has been arrested for it. Yet, he continues to do it! He believes Miley is in love with him and on his Twitter account his creepy tweets revolve around Miley. THIS IS GOT TO STOP!

To Mark McLeod: LEAVE MILEY ALONE! Go get some help.
