Major websites don't care about individuals because they say that all you have to do is turn off your computer. Nowadays, computers, cell phones, and electronic equipment is how most communicate and noone should ever be tortured or humiliated to the point of suicide. I am truly sorry for your loss.

Major websites usually try to brush it off. I myself was personally told to commit suicide on Black Planet over and over again two evenings ago and the crazy part is that I thought about it. People have to understand that there are people on each side of the computer and what usually happens is that they will gang up on you to get rid of you and go as far as telling to commit suicide.

I really feel there needs to be a law to stop bullying , I lost my son Jan 10th 08 due to a girlfriend being angry for breaking up with her , She then played on my son saying she was pregnant and she never was and he would never see the kid but she would sure take all he had in like for support. If there were a law I would have charged her for sure.

You do understand that getting people to sign your "petition" (which makes no direct requests to any organization or government body) isn't going to do anything, right? MySpace already has a clause in their user agreement that bans users who are reported for inappropriate behavior. In Megan's case, no one reported the Josh account to MySpace. If you want to take action, you'll need to find a more effective method than writing your (possibly false) name down on an internet site. This petition has no legal standing, and will go nowhere...

Even from a sister or brother to another sister or brother. That is harmful to the family and to everyone else as well. That also includes mothers and fathers who do bulling without realizing that what they are doing is, doing more harm than good. Cyberbulling is wrong and those who do it. Should be punished and sent to JAIL for it.
