Men having to Pay Child Support for others kids

I'm starting this petition on behalf of men having to pay Child Support for another mans child. Now granted I am a new Father and I am taking responsibilty for what I helped to create. But what I am hear to talk about is that women are accusing men of being the childs father and then get put on child support. But after later finding out that they are not the childs father the government still makes them pay child support for another mans child. I read in the paper that the reason that they do this is because they want there to be a male figure in the childs life. I understand this I believe that every child should grow up with a father figure in there lives. But I don't see how making another man pay for someone else child is going to help the situation. So I am starting this petition to help men being basically robbed of there hard earned money. So I hope to get this to the government to make a change in the way some men are being treated.
