SACK NAVI PILLAI-UN HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSIONER

NAVI PILLAI-HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSIONER OF THE UNITED NATIONS HUMAN RIGHTS COUNCIL ACTED AGAINST THE IDEALS 0F THE UN WHEN SHE SENT A MESSAGE 0N THE HUMAN RIGHTS SITUATION IN SRI LANKA ON 26TH MAY 2009 TO THE SPECIAL SESSION ON HUMAN RIGHTS SITUATION IN SRI LANKA. SHE IS A TAMIL PERSON HESELF AND WAS CLEARLY BIASED AGAINST THE SRI LANKAN GOVERNMENT. SHE HAD A CONFLICT OF INTEREST AND THEREFORE SHOULD HAVE DISQUAILIFIED HERSELF. FAILURE TO DO SO DISQUALIFIES HER FROM HOLDING THAT POSITION IN THE UN!
HER STATEMENT THAT "FOR ITS PART, THE GOVERNMENT USED HEAVY ARTILERY ON THE DENSELY POPULATED CONFLICT ZONE, DESPITE ASSURANCES THAT IT WOULD TAKLE PRECAUTIONS TO PROTECT CIVILIANS. THIS AND THE REPORTED SHELLING OF A HOSPITAL CLINIC ON SEVERAL OCCASSIONS IN THE LAST WEEK OF FIGHTING, IF VERIFIED,WOULD BE OF GREAT CONCERN. ALLEGATIONS THAT THE ARMY MAY HAVE KILLED LTTE MEMBERS WHO WERE TRYING TO SURRENDER AND WHO THUS MAY QUALIFY AS 'HORS DE COMBAT', IF CONFIRMED, WOULD CONSTITUTE SERIOUS VIOLATIONS OF WAR" WAS BASELESS AND UNFOUNDED.
GOVERNMENT OF SRI LANKA HAD CATEGORICALLY DENIED ALL THOSE ALLEGATIONS AS UTTERLY FALSE AND SHE WAS WELL AWARE OF THAT!
THE FACT THAT HER MESSAGE DID NOT GET ANY SUPPORT IN THE SESSION AND WAS DEFEATED 29-112 WITH 6 ABSTAINING-CONFIRMS THAT SHE WAS UNFAIR AND BIASED. SHE HAS DISQUALIFIED TO HOLD THE ESTEEMED POSITION OF GRAVE RESPONSIBILITY IN THE AUGUST BODY.
THIS PETITION THAT WILL BE FORWARDED TO THE SECRETARY GENERAL OF THE UNITED NATIONS -HONURABLE BAN KI MOON- ASKS HIM TO TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION TO DISMISS NAVI PILLAI-A TAMIL PERSON- WHO HAS BY HER UNFAIR ACTION SUPPORTED INTERNATIONAL TERRORISM AND TAMIL TIGER TERRORISTS-THE LTTE OF SRI LANKA- AND HAS FORFEITED HER RIGHT TO HOLD THAT POSITION THAT NEEDS UNBIASED AND FAIR ACTION EVERYTIME, ALL THE TIME! THAT IS TOO IMPORTANT A POSITION WITH GRAVE RESPONSIBILITY AND MUST BE HELD BY A RESPONSIBLE PERSON.

Dear Sri Lankans and supporters of Sri Lankans, and also ALL those who are OPPOSED to International and every kind of Terrorism.
I am a very successful lawyer. I have been a lawyer for the past over 35 years. I did postgrad studies in Law at the Mon ash Uni and the Sudney Uni in Australia. I have specialised in International Law, Human Rights, Immigration Law and Criminal Law. I have created 16 precedents in Australia.
I am a former State Prosecutor of Sri Lanka and was in the team that prosecuted Kuttimani and 7 others for assassinating the Jaffna Mayor Alfred Durraiappah the first cruel assasination by Tamil Tigers, a crazy Terrorist outfit led by a Psychopathic Megalomanic called Velupillai Prabhakaran. I continued to prosecute in many Teerrorist trials.
I was appalled to read Navi Pillai's message to the Special Session on the Human Rights situation in Sri Lanka. On 28th May 2009, the Human Rights Council of the Unitedc Nations debated and decided on whether the UN need have an office in Sri Lanka to investiogate war crimes. The resolution was amended and the council voted for the UN to give immediate assistance to promote and protect human rights in Sri Lanka by 29 to 12 with 6 abstentions. The mesage of Navi Pillai-the United Nations Human Rights Commissioner, a part of which I have reproduced verbatim in my Petition was ridiculous and dishearttening. Her view was easily defeated and rejected by the Human Rights Council of the UN! Please do not hesitate to sign this petition immediately to ask the UN to sack this High Commissioner who is biased and dangerous. She dared to compromise her position by writing this falsehood in her message. She is unfair and is unfit to hold that position.
LTTE a.ka Tamil Tigers were (and are and always will be) crazy Internatiional Terrorists- the world being safer without them today! no more suicide bombers in Sri Lanka!
LET THE WHOLE WIDE WORLD-REJOICE! TIGERS HAVE BEEN ANIHILATED!
