I'm a lesbian. I would love for it to be ok to get married in Missouri to a woman. I have met the woman of my dreams and she also lives in a state where gay marriage isn't ok. I just hope we can get more people to sign this so hopefully one day it will be ok. I want to make my marriage legal when it does come time for me to get married. I love my girl and I just want it to be ok for us to wed. Thanks for listening to my comment on this subject.

Don't we all deserve to have the same rights as everyone else? Just because we love someone of the same gender doesn't mean that we are any different than anyone else. In the country of the United States, we are supposed to be able to be able to express our freedoms, and with states banning gay marriage, or even just not recognizing and allowing it, we are losing out on our rights as Americans.

We all deserve to have the ability to marry who we love right? Yes, if a man loves a woman it is traditional to hold a ceremony to express that love and be as one in all aspects of their life. Who is the government to say that it's "not godly" for a man to love a man, or a woman love a woman, in the exact same way? Everyone should be able to be one with the person they love. That means Same and different sex marriages should be legal. We are all equal according to the constitution aren't we?

One day we will all stand before our maker and he will be the one to judge us . . . What gives any person the right to judge another person for who they want to marry or stop them from doing so? I believe that a marriage between people of the same sex is probably more valued because they have to fight so hard for it, as opposed to a "tradional" couple who can just get married at any given time in any state for reasons that dont even pertain to happiness.

i think that gay rights should be pushed, whats reallywrong with it? nothing. you can not help who u fall in love with boy or girl same sex or not. this is a subject i feel very strong about and will stick by till legal. and im not gay but sure do have family and very close friends that are and i think they deserve a chance at love and happiness dont you?
