more time in jail for animal abusers

hello iam brisa i wish for animal abusers to get more time in prison for what they do i dont think they get max time i heard a case where a cruel person beat to death five small puppys and he only got 1 year in prison thats nothing it got me mad they need more punishment or more fine or more time in prison please lets be their voice lets give these animal abusers what they deserve please sign and put these people behind bars for good thanx alot iam   brisa hernandez i wish i ge your full support as one animal lover to another thanx for your time have a beautifull day
