Morning Sickness

Morning sickness is a nausea or vomiting affecting more than 80% of the pregnant women. It is a very disturbing sickness affecting the well being of the pregnant women and makes their lives miserable.Even less severe cases of Morning Sickness can affect the social,emotional and general well-being of the women that can have adverse effects on her's as well as the baby's health. There is only one miracle drug proven to be safe and effective for this condition.  Unfortunately this is a very expensive drug and hence not all women can afford to buy the prescription.This is an irony of fate that this drug has no generic and hence also insurance will not pay for it.

The objective of this petition is to urge the respective provincial governments in Canada to subsidize this drug for the women in need as well pass specific legislation to insure that the insurance companies include this ONLY MIRACLE drug on the list of covered prescription drugs.

Our signatures can make a difference in the lives of all suffering women. Our collective voice will not only force the governments to do something practical but also the insurance companies to include this drug on the list of covered drugs.
