Young Adults idea of a good night out...to torture a small dog

A group of 15 young adults go out on a night out, their idea of fun is to torture a small dog.

The dog litterally was just passing by, they took their chance and grabbed it. The dog was grabbed and swung by the largest of the guys a Gustavo Adolfo Jimenez Andrades, around his head, through and around his legs. This horrific act goes on for about 40 seconds. All the while the gang can be seen and heard laughing and cheering. When Gustavo had finished his abusive routine with the dog, he swings the small dog around again and launches him as hard as possible into a building.The dog does not get up from what it has just been put through.

This is known for definate,not just because of the horiffic video footage that was taken,but also under the video itself they have all been tagged and confirmed that they were there.
This petition will be sent to the Colombian Police Commisoner along with the signatures. By spreading this petition far and wide this will not only gather supporters urging the colombian Police to prosecute all involved, but will also name and shame the scum who all played their parts in the torture and abuse of a small dog.

El perro litterally acaba de pasar cerca, tomaron su ocasión y la asieron. El perro fue asido e hizo pivotar por el más grande de los individuos a un Gustavo Adolfo Jiménez Andrades, alrededor de su cabeza, a través y alrededor de sus piernas. Este acto espantoso se enciende por cerca de 40 segundos. Todo el rato que la cuadrilla puede ser vista y risa y el animar oídos. Cuando Gustavo había acabado su rutina abusiva con el perro, él hace pivotar el pequeño perro alrededor otra vez y lo lanza tan difícilmente como sea posible en un edificio. El perro no se levanta con de lo que acaba de pasarse

Esto se sabe para definido, no apenas debido a las imágenes de vídeo horiffic que fueron tomadas, pero también bajo vídeo sí mismo los todos han marcado con etiqueta y confirmaron que estaban allí
Esta petición será enviada a la policía colombiana Commisoner junto con las firmas. Separando esta petición lejos y ancho esto no sólo recolectará los partidarios que impulsan la policía colombiana procesar todo implicado, pero también nombrará y shame la espuma que todo hizo sus partes en la tortura y el abuso de un pequeño perro

We the undersigned demand that the Colombian police investigate, arrest and charge all 15 individuals involved in this vile and sadistic abuse of an animal. Consideing the crime rate in your country it is most certainly advantageous to catch young offenders before they go on to commit more crime.

La demanda infrascrita que la policía colombiana investiga, arrestamos y cargamos a los 15 individuos implicados en este abuso vil y sádico de un animal. Consideing el índice de criminalidad en su país es lo más ciertamente posible ventajoso coger a delincuentes jovenes antes de que se enciendan confiar más crimen
