My visitation with my children has been suspended based on unfounded child abuse accusations against my husband (the children's stepfather). I had a police report where my youngest told a police officer that her father was abusing her, and the judge threw it out of court. He made the statement, "I believe your husband is a sex offender and you should divorce him." He never allowed my husband to speak in his own behalf. He only listened to the children whose father is threatening them to get them to say what he wants. The judge backed me into a corner. He questioned me about why I had not spoken to my children about the situation when he had ordered me, in a previous hearing, not to speak with the children about the situation. I was then ordered to attend psychological evaluations in Arkansas when I live 12 hrs away. My husband and I left Arkansas because we could not get away from CPS's far-reaching evil grasp! I cannot drive 12 hrs for a 1 hr evaluation. Never mind that nothing positive will come of me being cornered by one of their psychiatrists. They manage to lose any evidence that would work in my behalf. I have lost my children (girls 12, 13, and 17). My health has suffered from the stress. I just hope they know how hard I fought and find me when they are adults. CPS and DHS in Arkansas has to be stopped!

Don't I know. I have seen these monster's remove children out of loving homes and literally tear good families apart. I've also seen cases where these uneducated professionals overlooked abuse, and negelect. The problem is they get involved where they shouldn't and don't get involved when they should. In WV the typical CPS worker has only 3 years experience. Our government is allowing under educated CPS workers to determine the fate of our families. In my Opinion they do everything but try to reunite families. That is their goal, isn't it?? That's what they say. WHAT A JOKE P.S Don't make them mad they are a bunch of trifleing individuals. We need to revamp our entire Judicial system.

I personally dealt with CPS for the past 2 years, and it has been total hell, and humiliation!! My children were removed for false, and repeated allegations from someone just calling the system and harrassing me and my children. My children were removed on these 2 cases and returmed 9 months later in each involvemnt with CPS. That's 18 months of my kids lives that I missed out on behind Cps, lieing in court, being denied my rights as a parent, and the failure of the justice system to reconigze my constitutional rights. My family is back together because of an attorney who showed, humility, concern for our children, and expressed the freedom that we should have to raise our children. And you better believe it was a mind boggling fight.!

My children have been taken because of unfounded suspicions of abuse. CPS has thrown them into a house where they now are being abused as evidenced by bruises, burns, poor hygene, and foul speech, but CPS will do nothing to help my kids. Child Welfare is in deperate need of reform. But foster cildren need help also. Help ensure the safety of foster children by signing this petition: www.thepetitionsite.com/2/keep-americas-families-together I believe the general public would be shocked to learned of the degree to which our social services agencies have been free to utterly disregard the fundamental legal and human rights of the poor. For example, Tx state policies enable social service agencies to "take indefinite custody" of children of the poor on the vague grounds of "failure to adequately provide" -- without proof, and while denying the parent the right to legally contest that decision! This is a grotesque violation of fundamental, international human rights standards.

CPS/DHS is interested ONLY in perpetuating their own jobs. They take children from families on any pretext, and often place them in even more dangerous environments than they were in to begin with. Taking newborns away from their mothers is especially heinous, as it interferes with the natural bonding process between mother and child.

I have 1st hand experience with dealing with a system that doesnt work here in muskegon michigan. Its a criminal act when children are forced to live in an environment that we don't even place convicted murders in. Child protective service did nothing for 2 years and now wants to investigate after my ex moved out.
