Holder, Jr. to take immediate formal legal action against All U.S. based Oil and gasoline Refineries including each of their owners, board members and stockholders (foreign and domestic). To further include all affiliated financial institutions, auto maker/ manufacturer, and medical/health care institutions along with each of their owners, board members and stockholders for the following wrongful acts against Humanity/Mankind/ The People in and of The United states:
Inflicting upon/against us,We The People unfair, deceptive and oppressing simultaneous gas price hikes, inducing nationwide epidemic panic & violence, inducing epic health & safety hazards. This is nothing short of a terror attack in the homeland as defined in U.S. CODE. TITLE 18 > PART I > CHAPTER 113B

Theft by deception against The People by the use of unfair and deceptive gas price hikes
Inducing robbery & theft, murder, car-jacking & gas station attacks, vandalism & destruction of property and fires to include increased domestic violence against We The People in communities throughout The United States through and by use of unfair and deceptive gas price hikes oppressing We The People.
Codified silenced conspiracy to oppress the citizens and residents of The United State of America through violation of each of their own Codes of Ethics/ Conduct and their own regulations outlined to conduct business within The U.S. as a safeguard to protect The People from unfair, deceptive, and burdensome/oppressive practices; which have failed to protect The People. We further call upon to file/ acquire immediate emergency injunction to freeze all further gas hikes in the U.S. (ref: U.S. CODE. TITLE 50 > CHAPTER 35 > 1701;( the International Emergency Economic Powers Enhancement Act)
We further bring to remembrance:

To continue moving the Department forward in meeting its key goals and responsibilities, the Attorney General laid out four priorities to guide and focus our future work:
- Protecting Americans from terrorism;
- Protecting Americans from violent crime;
- Protecting Americans from financial fraud; and
- Protecting the most vulnerable members of our society.
These four essential priorities will provide a framework for the Department future efforts and help us to overcome current challenges and build on today record of achievement. As Department investigators, prosecutors, law enforcement personnel, and other employees and partners work together in pursuit of these goals, the Attorney General called on each of us to continue to seek out new ways to conserve taxpayer resources, to make our operations both more efficient and more effective, and to seize our opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of those we are privileged to serve.
