need assistance immediatly proposed buget cuts

In Illinios alone the general assembly passed a partial budget that has devastating effect on the people of illinios. here are some of the consequences :
65,000 people with addictions wont get help
80,000 low-income working mothers would lose their childcareservices that allow them to keep their jobs
over 20,000 seniors would lose the services they need to stay in their homes
15,000 foster kids parents would see their support cut in half
175,000people would lose community mentail health services, dramatically increasing the homeless, instituionalization, and incarceration rates
all rehabilitation would be closed and theres so much more in Illinios alone  please let your senator and your representative know because Illinois isnt only one thats going to lose it  i feel we were lied to by our higherups who said they would help us does this sound like help?
