It's pathetic that he can ygo back to work and make millions. Even if he has changed his ways I can't see his heart only God can. But this sends a bad messager to others that you can get away with murder. yes murder.

Vick playing football again is just another way our country has its morals all screwed up. There are alot of jobs that felons just aren't aloud to have and this should be one of them. WHAT MESSAGE ARE WE SENDING TO OUR YOUTH !!! Kill and torture animals is ok as long as you can run fast and throw a ball. I am an big sports fan but I will not watch an eagles game or any game Vick will ever be in again. That is all these people care about and the only way to get through to them. BOYCOTT VICK!!!!

For anyone who thinks this "man" should be allowed to ever prosper at anything, please watch the National Geographic Special "Dogtown" where 20+ of the dogs from his "Bad Dog" kennels were taken. Some things we do should follow us throughout our life - I think what he did should be classified as such. I not only think that he should be banned from football, but I thought that dogfighing was a felony and McDonald's wouldn't even hire him.

When I saw Michael Vick's appology for his crime on t.v.,at first I thought, hmmm, maybe he is sorry and maybe it's okay for him to go back to his life. And then I read an op ed piece on what he really did to those dogs. I find it difficult to believe that a man capable of those cruel, murderous acts against an animal could possibly have reformed his ideas. If those were indeed his actions, then he is reprehensible beyond anything I can imagine. There is nothing worthwhile about this man. I am firmly on the side of Never Let Michael Vick Play Football again.

Michael Vick is a monstrous sadist who should be shackled in a damp dungeon, beaten, electrocuted and water boarded on a daily basis. Remember- this man had a 135 million dollar contract for chasing a ball around a field and was torturing and murdering dogs for a HOBBY. This was his idea of a good time. He, or his gang of thugs, would remove the female's teeth so they would resign to forced, incessant breeding on the "rape rack" that was discovered at his house of horrors in order to produce more champion fight dogs. He used smaller dogs, puppies and kittens as bait for the fights. Do you realize the howls of pain and agony, the blood and bone that these "men" saw day after day, and they were immune to them- that they never once said, " I can't watch these animals suffer any longer." Can you imagine the thoughts of an invididual that would force dogs to run with weights chained on their neck, beat them if they did not fight aggressively and then throw a puppy or kitten into a ring to be ripped apart while alive? This behavior has been deemed by his panel of advisors as a MISTAKE, as evidenced by his canned, smirking public apologies. A mistake is forgetting to pay the phone bill, or missing an important work deadline- not a systematic campaign of vicious neglect, torture and murder for years of animals who lead the blind, sniff out bombs and provide unconditional affection and loyalty no matter our station or status in life. Who are these people, and what black filth corrodes their hearts, that they would allow this dead eyed monster the opportunity to earn millions of dollars again and strut back into his high roller lifestyle? They need a place beside him in the damp dungeon, lying in filth and wincing in anticipation of the next blow.

The actions of Vicks was deplorable, this man not only should still be in prison but should be banned from football for life.

This man should not only be tortured the same way he tortured and killed those faithful dogs. But should be locked up in a pen for the rest of his life and have to fight to be fed with other animals just like himself. I will never watch a Eagle's game again until he is off the team.

Many athletic stars donate money. Tiger Woods is such a good example of helping others. Step up to the plate and do some good.

Why should he be allowed to go his merry way? Can we say the same for the dogs he killed, maimed and treated so inhumanely? Let him work in a kennel or for an Animal Rights Group. Just don't leave him alone with the dogs!

The guy did this for recreation and entertainment.. a truly depraved individual and should not be allowed back into the NFL..He is a monster with no remorse, his only sadness is that he got caught.

I am dismayed and distressed by the decision to allow Michael Vick to return to his football career with the Philadelphia Eagles. He was not just responsible for killing dogs (as if that isn't bad enough)...he tortured them with unbelievable cruelty. I hope that everyone who has ever enjoyed the love or companionship of a dog will join in boycotting any and all of the Philadelphia Eagle games as well as any other attempts by any other persons or organizations who enable a man like Michael Vick to be rewarded for his transparent expressions of remorse. Yes, he did his jail time, but that doesn't mean he isn't a monster for what he has done. Society must remember. Only God can forgive...and if God ever had a dog, I wouldn't want to be Michael Vick.

A life sentence isn't enough for this disgusting excuse for a human. Vick should be put through the same torture and fear that he subjected those innocent dogs to. He shows NO remorse, but rather mutters a bunch of BS he thinks the public wants to hear in order to save face. The NFL disgusts me too. It just goes to show, like in so many aspects of our society, that winning and money take precedence over morality and doing the right thing. Vick is a coward and nothing he can say will ever make up for what he has done. The Philadelphia Eagles are a disgrace to sports and the human race, and should be ashamed to even step on the field. BOYCOTT the Eagles and the NFL!!! Do the right thing!

NEVER let Michael Vicks play ball again. The dogs that he murdered can't speak for themselves, could not stand up to him. Dogs love unconditinoally. His interview on 60 minutes was a joke. Did you see that smirk on his face during most of the interview? He was not sincere, he just knows what to do to get to play ball again - Have an interview on 60 Minutes, say what he has been told that the public wants to hear and everything will be fine. Right. Please get your friends to sign this petition. Let Vicks be punished for what he did. BOYCOT THE EAGLES AND THEIR SPONSORS - FOR THE ANIMALS THAT CAN'T SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES.

I think this man should be put away for life. We are talking about animals here who have no voice in what happens to them. Not to mention his own pets he would put in the pittbull rings just because he thought it was funny that they were getting attacked. This to me is all crazy that you would let a monster back on the field to even be in the public eye!

Don't understand how this man is allowed to play in the NFL again, especially so quickly..has everyone forgot how evil this man is, what he did along with all the other criminal acts he did..no way is he sincere in his appology..playing in the NFL is an honor, not a right..think of all the children looking up to a man like this and they will think its ok what he did if he's allowed back in the NFL..WAKE UP people!

If you listen to Michael Vick speak in some recent interviews, he does not show sincere remorse for his heinous acts - but rather resentment for now being questioned as to whether suitable to play football again. He is quoted as saying "I understand (TO A CERTAIN DEGREE ) why some people might be upset about the things I did, but I spent time in jail so I deserve to play again" To speak in that way says he clearly does not understand what he has done - but rather resentful he got caught. He financed and participated in this illegal operation for years which including maiming and killing innocent animals through viscous violent acts; gambling illegally, and lying to authorities when first questioned about his actions. Violence, cruelty, murder, illegal, liar, repeat offender; Don't these words have meaning to anyone? How many reasons do they need to banish Vick forever. The NFL commissioners, team owners and anyone else who support this person is just as guilty. If Michael Vick had a shred of decency he would re-dedicate his heart and energies in to actions and another line of work that perhaps over time would rehabilitate his sick ways. He did not become this monster overnight and 23 months in jail negotiating a pro-football comeback when he is released smacks of fraud. I would hope the NFL, city of Philadelphia, fans of the Eagles and the public at large will come to their senses and object with outrage until this decision is reversed - forever.

Michael Vick is a monster! He tortured innocent animals, served 18 months in Federal prison and now hes a reformed man? YEAH RIGHT! What happened to those dogs when they didn't meet his standards they were tortured and killed, so why should he have a second chance to play for the NFL? I don't believe he is genuinely remorseful. I believe that hes just showing to be remorseful for that fact that its all about the money. So ABSOLUTELY NOT!
