NFL Fans To Cancel 2011 NFL Season.

The NFL has become the most loved sport in America. No longer is MLB Americas Past Time, as the NFL has defeated the NBA Playoffs with their NFL Draft Coverage and defeated MLB World Series with a regular Sunday Night Game in TV Ratings.

As fans of the NFL, we have had to endure the last few months of the NFL and NFLPA refusing to even discuss a new Collective Bargaining Agreement. Both sides are quick to point out that it is the other sides fault, while neither side will accept the responsibility that it needs to, in order to get the league running again in time for Training Camps.

As fans, no longer can we sit by, and allow these two sides to threaten to take away the game that we all love. This is nothing more than a fight for the money that us, as fans, are spending.

The NFL and NFLPA are currently "arguing" over $9 BILLION dollars. Where does that money come from? DirecTv, CBS, NBC and ESPN. Why are these companies willing to spend so much money? Because US FANS are the ones that pay up to $300 per season for the Sunday Ticket. US FANS are the ones that buy the products that are seen every Sunday while we are watching the NFL on their station.

All of this comes at a time when the unemployment rate in America is stil over 10%. Many of us are not working full time jobs, many of us do not have a working spouce, many of us have kids to take care of.

Many people have lost / are losing their houses, cars, jobs, businesses, because the economy is so bad right now.

And the NFL / NFLPA are arguing over $9 BILLION DOLLARS. Of OUR hard earned money.

Fans - We need to let the NFL / NFLPA know that we are serious about this. By signing this petition we agree that the new CBA MUST be reached, in time for the teams to have free agency, training camp, and pre season, so that WE get the type of product that we are paying for.

By signing this petiton, we agree that if there is not an agreement between the NFL / NFLPA by Friday, July 15, 2011 at the close of business, that WE will cancel the season by not watching any games, live or on TV.  We will not purchase any hats, jerseys or any other thing associated with any of the NFL teams or Players.

We also will not support any of the sponsors of the networks that are broadcasting the game.
