NICKY'S LAW

My goal is to bring awareness and supporters for Nicky's Law.  My petition is about convicted child abusers/Killers should have to register on a registry just the same as a sex offender would.

 This man that brutally beat to death my 5yr old brother Nicky, he walks free only after 15yrs and can lead a normal life. Even though he plea bargained so the sex offenses were dropped, He SHOULD have to register under the sex offender registry, but he doesnt have to since he plea  bargained them away. (He stated that he would plea guilty to killing Nicky so that he would go to prison as a killer rather than a molester. Another example of this selfish concern for himself and no one else.) THIS IS WRONG. It is the communities right to know what kind of monster is living in their neighborhood. Nicky's Law states that convicted child abusers/ child murderers would be required to register on a registry the same as a sex offender would. It also requires that if you plea bargain your sex offenses away to be convicted of a higher charge, you would also have to register. 

We should have the right to live in security and safety. The man who did this should not. Why should they be able to live a normal life just like everyone else? Nicky's life isnt normal, he doesnt have any oppurtunities for life nor will he ever, so why should people who commit these heinous crimes be allowed to live normal lives. IF YOU ARE A MURDERER, ESP TO INNOCENT CHILDREN, YOU DONT DESERVE TO LIVE, LET ALONE LIVE A NORMAL LIFE OUTSIDE OF PRISON... Therefore here is to a law that will make it so every child abuser/killer would have to register under a registry just like a sex offender.
