I PLEDGE: To the support the Nitro Foundation in its steadfast commitment in convicting Steven S. Croley and High Caliber K-9 of the 7 dead dogs and the starvation of 12 others. I will do all that is possible to make sure that Steven S. Croley is held accountable for his actions and is prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

We the undersigned have heard about the aforementioned case through multiple media sources.

We are urging you to prosecute Steven S. Croley on the 19 counts of animal cruelty charges; therefore holding him accountable for his actions and prosecuting him to the fullest extent of the law.

We strongly believe that the Humane Agents acted in the scope of the law and that no 4th Amendment rights were violated. The Agents witnessed the animals in clear, imminent danger. These initial observations constituted a lawful, non-search plain view situation. Thus supporting a finding of probable cause to suspect that the crime of cruelty to animals was being committed and that they acted promptly and appropriately.

Moreover, we will not be content until other criminal charges have been filed against Steven S Croley, e.g.  for services not rendered.

We must recognize that dogs are living, breathing and tangible property and it is our responsibility as decent human beings to protect them as we would protect our very own children.
