A permit variance has been requested to build a Medical Marijuana Clinic at 1803 N. 40th Street, Phoenix. In a building surrounded by houses and apartments! They need a variance because the law says that you must be 250 Feet from houses and apartments and this is less than 73 FEET! There is a reason for this law. Because MM clinics bring crime into neighborhoods this has been proven. Oakland has more clinics than any other place! It drives down property values instantly! We need to be heard! The City needs to know they cannot grant the variance because this community cares about the neighborhood! Please help stop this. Please please please sign this petition and come to the hearing on February 16, 2012 at 9:00 AM... IT IS THAT IMPORTANT YOU CAN MISS WORK FOR A FEW HOURS TO SAVE YOUR HOUSE! Address: 200 West Washington Street, Phoenix. Hearing Room 1West. Palm Lane Garden Apartments has hired a lawyer to help fight for our neighborhood! Please do your part and sign this petition. Help pass out flyers, talk to your neighbors and do it now! We have no time to waste. The hearing is February 16, 2012 at 9:00 AM. If there are enough people, Palm Lane will hire a bus to drive us to the hearing and bring us back! Contact Valerie Davis at Palm Lane 602-449-7979 for more information. Help us Now!
