How is this legal?

Dear Sirs,

We have human rights because humans demand these rights.  However,   this leads me to think that you illegally discriminate against anyone or anything that cannot demand their own rights.  I ask you to look at the picture below ( I can supply you with pictures far more graphic and disturbing than this if required) and I want you to look at the monkeys eyes and tell me what that monkey is demanding from you (the leaders of millions of people).  This monkey is demanding animal rights that stop all animals being tortured and killed in the name of research. 

If God had not created animals would you allow your children to be used in a lab in this way, I think not.  If only humans existed then you would have no choice but to use the following methods which are currently available and succesful:  including cell and tissue cultures, analytical technology, molecular research, post mortem studies, computer modelling, epidemiology (population studies), ethical clinical research with volunteer patients and healthy subjects, and the use of microbes such as bacteria.

Animal research gives inaccurate results and wastes the billions of %uFFFD's and $'s that people donate to find a cure.  Animals feel pain the same as humans so why is it acceptable to abuse them just because they cannot voice their claim to rights.  

If testing on animals is ethical then why is there no transparency.  Why do the companies that do test their products on animals not show how they make their products safe for us;  Answer:  They know no one would buy their products.

Be a true leader and speak up for those whose voices go unheard.  Ban all animal testing and make a world treaty on animal rights.
