No one cares what happens to the dogs in this shelter! (Kotor-Montenegro)

-Azil za napustene pse u Kotoru postoji vec nekih pet godina, zahvaljujuci care2 i peticiji radovi na izgradnji pristojnog novog Azila su u toku, ali stanje pasa je sve gore, pa se namece logicno pitanje: gde je drustvo za zastitu zivotinja sve ove godine, pa i dan danas. Cetiri godine psi propadaju i umiru, njihovi prvobitno naprevljeni boxevi nisu nikada cisceni, nikada necemo saznati broj pasa koji su dovedeni u taj Azil, niti koliko ih je usvojeno, pobeglo, mrtvo. Gospodja Vesna Vukotic, predsednik drustva cetiri godine je dopustila bez glasa da se sve to desava, Nevres Djeric, veliki ljubitelj zivotinja je takodje 'izbegavao da ide u Azil, osim ako bas nije morao', i tako godinama niko nije ni znao za taj Azil smrti i jada, niti za katastrofalnu sudbinu pasa u njemu. Pocetkom ove godine pojavila se nada da ce drustvo konacno nesto uraditi za te zivotinje, ali nada je trajala koliko i euforija stranice na facebooku, dva meseca je neko sredjivao oko pasa, vadio pse iz blata i govana, popravljao sto se popraiti moglo, i opet je sve stalo, samo da bude psima jos gore... svi ti veliki ljubitelji zivotinja nisu cak ni potpisali peticiju, a kamoli da su nesto konkretno ucinili da pomognu psima.
Nazalost malo pasa ce doziveti Novi Azil, a veliko drustvo za zastitu zivotinja Kotora i Tivta ce sebi prepisati jos jedan uspeh- da ih vecna sramota prati, kao i svako druatvo za zaatitu zivotinja koje tako brine o zivotinjama u svom okruzenju.Pitanje ovdje je koja je svrha? Koja je svrha postojanja zakona o zastiti zivotinja koji niko ne postuje? Koja je svrha postojanja zakona o azilu za napustene pse o kojima se niko i ne brine? Oni misle da je njihova jedina obaveza izgradnja azila?Placaju jednu osobu da se brine o 70 i vise pasa tamo?Obezbjedjuju 30 dzakova hrane, od po 20kg za 30 dana da se svi ti psi tamo nahranu?Koja je svrha drustva,tacnije 2 drustva za zastitu zivotinja ciji clanovi, ciji presjednici nista i ne rade?

-The shelter for the homeless dogs in Kotor exists for almost 5 years now, and thanks to care2 and the petition the work on building a new,better one has been started, but the conditions of the dogs is getting worse and worse, so we must ask ourselves a logical question: where is the organisation for animal welfare all these years, and now? For 5 years these dogs are dying, the boxes made for them are never being cleaned, we will never know the exact number of the dogs in the shelter, nor how many have run away or how many have died.
Misses Vesna Vukotic, the president of the organisation for animal welfare in Tivat has let all of this happen without saying or doing anything! Nevres Djeric, a great animal lover has also "avoided going in the shelter, expect when he has to!" and so for years no one even knew about the shelter or the horrible destiny of the dogs there.
At the beginning of this year there were hope that the organisation for animal welfare will at last do something for the animals, but the hope didin't last long, as well as the activity of the group regarding the shelter on facebook. Two months, people were cleaning the shelter, taking the dogs out of the dirt and mud from all the rain, fixed what could have been fixed, and it all suddenly stopped, only to get worse for the dogs...the people that helped, left , only few of them stayed and are still trying to help the dogs! All of those big animal lovers haven't even signed the petition, not to talk about doing anything concrete for the dogs.
Sadly not many dogs will survive till the new shelter is built, and the organisation for animal welfare in Kotor and Tivat can write a new success on their list - to be ashamed forever, like all the other organisations that treat the animals like they do should be!
Question is what's the point? What's the point of a law for animal welfare that isn't respected? What's the point of a law for a shelter for homeless dogs, who aren't taken care of? They think the only responsibility they have is building the shelter?
They are paying one person to take care of 70 or more dogs?
They bring 30 bags with 20kg of food for 30 days to feed the dogs?
What's the point of an organisation, better say 2 organisations for animal welfare if none of the members not even the presidents aren't doing anything???
